-Real people like selfincert or draw your real family, i prefer to stick with. fictional characters only.

PAYMENTPAYPAL ONLYFull payment upfront, and doing it you accept the TERMS, CONDITIONS and USE of my art.After talking about the commission and confirming payment i will start to work on it.

USE
You CAN use my art only for personal use.
Meaning you are only ALLOWED TO:
-Print the art for yourself.
-Display it in any media, but always putting credits to my twitter or/and intagram.
-Not profit out of it.You are NOT ALLOWED TO:
-Use it as a mascot, logo or merchandasing.
-Any website or media of paid access.
-Print, redistribute or publish.
-Profiting out of it in any way.ONCE ACCEPTED:If it's a FLAT COLOR i will show you the sketch for any changes you may want. After i get your conffirmation that everything is good I will follow with lineart and then with colors. When lineart and colors are done you can only ask me for some change in color that can be easily done (Like the pants more red.) Changes that need to touch lineart i will not accept, if not i may charge you an extra for the extra work.On COLOR & SHADE i will show the sketch and lineart before i will continue the colors. Only small changes can be done, like in flat colors.For ORIGINAL CHARACTER is necesary references, any type. It can be a collage of different images and parts. If there is no reference i may decline your commission.I will always ask for feedback, any changes are okay but dont ask for a full change when the art is already done. On the reference, I will also ask for a pose in mind or an idea. If I show you the sketch and you change your mind to complete other pose, I will decline and ask you to reconsider or I may considere give back half the payment and decline your commission. (Half bcs I already started working on the sketch.)After I finish and make little changes if they are necesary (For exemple you want a more blue than gleen a scarf, but without touching the lineart too much) i will close the commission and send it to you on mail on full resolution in JPG with grey degradation and PNG with transparency.CONDITIONS AND TERMS
-If there is a moment that i cant take your commission after i accepted i will refund you 100% of it.
-If the client cancels the commission it need to be talked about the refund and how much i worked on your piece already. It can depends how much I will give back if I started working already.
-You cant not erase my signature in any case. It always have to be with the drawing of your character.For a commission of any comercial use please contact me with [email protected] for contract and more information.

-Not profit out of it in anyway or shape.You are NOT ALLOWED TO:
-Use it as a mascot, logo or merchandasing for a shop or commercial prupose.
-Any website or media of paid access.
-Print, redistribute or publish and sell it.
-Put it in any AI art generator data base. I HATE AI art generator.
-Edit the original art. (But you can COMISSSION other people if you want to make another outfit maybe)
-Profiting out of it in any way.ONCE ACCEPTED:
You can not ask for refund after you accept and buy the adoptable.If i found out you someone broke my terms of use i have the liberty to claim again the character without giving back any money.CONDITIONS AND TERMS
